1.By participating and completing this pre-order
registration, Eligible customer(as defined in Clause 3 herein) shall be deemed
to have fully read, understood, accepted and agreed to comply with the terms
and conditions of this pre-order registration. adidas Hong Kong Limited (“adidas”)
reserves the right to suspend, modify, terminate or amend the terms of this pre-order
registration without further notice.
合資格顧客(定義見下文第三項)參與並完成是次預購登記即等同其已完全閱讀、明白、接受及同意遵守此預購登記的條款及細則。愛廸達香港有限公司(「adidas」)保留隨時暫停、更改、終止或修訂此預購登記條款及細則的權利而毋須另行通知。
2. The pre-order registration period of YEEZY
BOOST 350 V2(Article number: CP9366)(as shown in Picture 1 below) (hereinafter
called “YEEZY BOOST 350 V2”) is from 12:00of 24 April2017 till 23:59 of 25
April2017. (“Pre-order Registration Period”).Registrations before and after the aforesaid Pre-order Registration
Period will not be processed. The time of registration will be based on the
actual receiving time recorded by the computer server of adidas.
YEEZY BOOST 350 V2(產品編號：CP9366)(如以下圖一所示)(以下稱為「YEEZY BOOST 350 V2」)的登記預購由2017年4月24日12時00分至2017年4月25日 23時59分(「登記預購期」)。提早或逾期提交的登記將不獲受理。登記時間根據adidas的電腦伺服器所紀錄的實際接收時間而決定。

3. The pre-order registration of YEEZY
BOOST 350 V2 is only available to (i) currently valid adidas VIP members (“Current
VIP member”) and (ii) customers who complete adidas VIP application (“New VIP
member”) at the following Designated Stores (defined below) during the
Pre-order Registration Period.(“Eligible customer”)
是次YEEZY BOOST 350 V2預購登記只限 (i)現正有效的adidas VIP會員(「現有VIP會員」)及(ii)於登記預購期結束前在以下指定店鋪成功申請成為adidas VIP會員的顧客(「新VIP會員」)參與。(「合資格顧客」)

4.During the Pre-order Registration Period, Eligible customers shall send his or her (1) full name as printed on HKID card, (2) first four alphanumericdigits of HKID (e.g. A123XXX(X)) , (3) contact number, (4) email address, (5) VIP number (applicable to Current VIP member, e.g. M000000, A000000, B000000) /transaction number of sales receipt(s)(applicable to New VIP member) (as shown in Picture 2below),(6) chosenshoe size (UK Size 3.5 – 12–with half-size increment)and attach (7) a scanned copy or photo format of the VIP application form/ sales receipt(s)(applicable to New VIP member only),with the email subject “YEEZY BOOST 350 V2(CP9366)pre-order registration”to promotionhk@adidas.comto complete the pre-order registration process. Example is shown as follows:
合資格顧客必須於登記預購期內將其(1)

5. Each Eligible customer can only register once onlyto pre-order only one pair of YEEZY BOOST 350 V2 in only onesizeduring the Pre-order Registration
Period.
每位合資格顧客於登記預購期內只可登記一次以預購一對YEEZY BOOST 350 V2，並只可選擇一個尺碼。
6. adidas shall not be responsible for any damage, disappointment or loss of any Eligible customers in the event that the Eligible customers fail or are unable to provide the required information during the Pre-order Registration Period to successfully complete the pre-order registration of YEEZY BOOST 350 V2due to loss of the VIP card, VIP application form or sales receipts or otherwise.
若合資格顧客因遺失VIP會員卡、會員申請表、交易單據，或因任何其他原因使該合資格顧客無法於登記預購期內提供所需資料而無法成功登記預購YEEZY BOOST 350 V2，adidas無須為任何人士的任何損害、失望或損失負責。
7. Should there be any lost, delayed, failed or unclear registrations, registrations with inaccurate or incomplete information or duplicated registrations, such registrations shall be disqualified from the pre-order registration, and adidas shall not have any responsibility to inform any customers whose pre-order registrationare disqualified and shall not be responsible for such disqualifications.
如有任何遺失、延期、不成功、不清楚、資料不準確或不全或重覆的登記，該等登記將被撤銷參加登記預購的資格，而adidas沒有任何責任通知任何被撤銷參加登記預購資格的顧客，亦無須為其被撤銷資格而負責。
8. adidas shall accept no responsibility nor liability for (i) any incorrect or inaccurate entry form information, or for any faulty or failed electronic data transmissions; (ii) any technical malfunction, failure, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, mobile phones, tablets, computers or providers utilised in any aspect of the submission of an entry or the operation of the pre-order registration; (iii) inaccessibility or unavailability of the Internet; or (iv) any injury or loss of participants which may be related to or resulting from any attempt to participate in the pre-order registration.
adidas俱毋須承受以下責任：（i）任何不準確或不正確的參加資料，或因電子器材故障而造成之資料遺失；（ii）任何技術故障、失誤、錯誤、失靈、延誤或通訊設備失靈、系統故障、電腦、伺服器、網絡、連線、衛星、或數據服務供應商之失靈；（iii）不能登入或未能接駁互聯網；或（iv）任何合資格顧客因參加登記預購或意圖參加登記預購而構成個人或財物損失。
9. The pre-order registration does not guarantee that the customer will be able
to purchase a pair of YEEZY BOOST 350 V2. YEEZY BOOST 350 V2will be allocated
randomly by computer draw from among all eligible pre-order registrations
received.
預購登記並不保證顧客可購得YEEZY BOOST 350 V2。YEEZY BOOST 350 V2將會從所有合資格的預購登記中透過電腦系統自動分配。
10. All kinds of cash coupons, discounts and promotional offers are not
applicable to theYEEZY BOOST 350 V2productsavailableduring this pre-order registration.
所有現金券、折扣及推廣優惠均不適用於是次預購的YEEZY
BOOST 350 V2貨品。
11. By participating in this pre-order registration, the Eligible customers
understand and agree that adidas may use the personal information provided on
the terms and for the purposes of administrating this pre-order registration
and for other purposes of collection as set out in ourlocal privacy policy and
our personal information collection statement, the latest version of which is
stated at the following web address: http://www.adidas.com.hk/Local-Privacy-Policy-English.html
合資格顧客參加是次登記預購即表示理解並同意，adidas可根據此條款使用其提供的個人資料，用作處理是次登記預購的行政運作及adidas於以下網址所示的本地私隱政策和個人資料收集聲明中列明的目的: http://www.adidas.com.hk/Local-Privacy-Policy-Chinese.html。
12. A confirmation email with details of sales arrangement will be sent to the
Eligible customers whose pre-order registration of the YEEZY BOOST 350 V2is
successful on 28 April2017. Customer MUSTbuy
the pre-ordered YEEZY BOOST 350 V2IN
PERSONby presenting the confirmation email and his/her original HKID
for verification during the Designated
Purchase Period (Period 1: 29 to 30 April 2017or Period 2: 1 to 2 May 2017)(“Designated
Purchase Period”) at the time and venue specified in the confirmation email.
成功預購YEEZY BOOST 350 V2的合資格顧客將會在2017年4月28日獲確認電郵(「確認電郵」)通知有關購買詳情。顧客必須於其指定購買時段(時段一:2017 年 4月 29 日至4月30日或時段二: :2017 年5 月 1至5 月 2日 )(「指定購買時段」)內於確認電郵上所示的指定時間及指定地點本人親身攜同確認電郵及其香港身份證正本予職員核對方可購買其預購之YEEZY BOOST 350 V2。
13. The Designated Purchase Period is assigned to the customers on a random basis. adidas will not accept any request of changing the Designated Purchase Period in any circumstances.
指定購買時段乃隨機分配予顧客。adidas 於任何情況將不會接納顧客所提出更改指定購買時段的要求。
14. Eligible customers whose pre-order registration of the YEEZY BOOST 350 V2 is successfulcannot by any means authorise a third-party to buy the pre-ordered YEEZY BOOST 350 V2on their behalf.
成功預購YEEZY BOOST 350 V2的合資格顧客不可以任何形式委託他人購買其預購之YEEZY BOOST 350 V2。
15. If for whatever reasons the customer cannot buy his/ her pre-ordered YEEZY BOOST 350 V2 according to the instructions as stated in the Confirmation Email during the Designated Purchase Period, theirYEEZY BOOST 350 V2 pre-order will be cancelled, the customer shall be deemed to have waived his / her rights to buy the YEEZY BOOST 350 V2, and the Organiser has the sole and absolute discretion tosell his/ herpre-ordered YEEZY BOOST 350 V2 to other customers.
顧客如因任何原因未能於其指定購買時段內根據確認電郵內指示購買其預購之YEEZYBOOST 350 V2，其YEEZY BOOST 350 V2預購將會被取消，顧客須被視為放棄其預購資格，且adidas擁有唯一及絕對酌情權將其預購的產品售予其他顧客。
16.If customers do not receive the Confirmation Email on 28 April 2017, it means that they have failed to pre-order the YEEZY BOOST 350 V2 and shall not be informed individually.
如果顧客於2017年4月28日未有收到確認電郵，則代表該顧客未能成功預購YEEZY BOOST 350 V2，未能成功預購者將不會獲得個別通知。
17.Customer can only buy the YEEZY BOOST 350 V2in thesize as indicated at registration and cannot exchange for another product or size.
YEEZY BOOST 350 V2尺碼將根據登記預購時之要求安排，不能作出更改或更換其他產品或尺碼。
18. No exchange or refund is allowed for theYEEZY
BOOST 350 V2 productsavailable
during this pre-order registration.
是次預購的YEEZY BOOST 350 V2貨品不設更換或退款。
19. In the event that typhoon signal no. 8 or above or black rain signal is
hoisted on the specified date stated in the confirmation email, customers will
be notified of the alternative sales arrangement by email.
如八號或以上熱帶氣旋或黑色暴雨警告信號於確認信上所示的指定售賣日期懸掛，顧客將獲電郵通知有關最新售賣安排。
20. In the interest of fairness, employees of the adidas are not eligible to participate in the pre-order registration.
adidas的員工不得參與此登記預購，以示公允。

22. In case of any disputesarising from or in connection with thispre-order
registration (including but not limited to the application and interpretation
of these Terms and Conditions) and related activities, adidas has the absolute
right to make final decision thereon without further notice.
如因登記預購及其有關之活動所引致而與之相關有任何爭議(包括但不限於本「條款及細則」的應用及釋義)，adidas保留絕對的最終決定權，而決定時毋需作事先通知。
