Terms and Conditions for Celebrating Sports Promo

  1. Offer valid from the store opening hours, Friday 9 July 2021 – the store closing hours, Thursday 15 July 2021 inclusive at selected participating adidas stores by using Personal Shopper service only: https://linktr.ee/adidasMY (Clause 9)
  2. Offer is valid across selected full priced footwear, apparel and accessories products. All customers are entitled to BUY TWO (2) and GET 40% off the RRP. While stocks last.
  3. Purchase can be made with Personal Shopper through the following steps:
    i) Visit     https://linktr.ee/adidasMY and select your preferred adidas store
    ii) Drop the Personal Shopper a message through WhatsApp
    iii) Browse our online catalogue
    iv) Receive live updates when shopping
    v) Make Payment
  4. Discount will be applied automatically during checkout.
  5. Payments can only be made through the following methods:
    i) Credit card
    ii) Online bank transfer
    iii) e-wallet (Touch N' Go, Boost, Shopee Pay, Mcash)
  6. Orders will be confirmed upon completion of payment and confirmation email.

Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, adidas (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability for any death, personal injury, loss or damage (including loss of opportunity and whether direct, indirect, special or consequential) suffered or incurred by any person (whether or not arising from any person's negligence) arising in any way out of or in connection with:
  1. this promotion;
  2. any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference;
  3. any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under adidas’ control);
  4. the cancellation or rescheduling of this promotion.

14.  In the event of conflicting purchases leading to stock insufficiency, adidas has the right to cancel any purchase. adidas will, of course, inform you immediately and reimburse any payments made.

15.  adidas is not responsible for any failure to complete your transaction, or any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone or network or lines, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on a mobile network, or any combination of these, or any other technical failures including any damage to any person's mobile handset or computer related to, or resulting from, this sale.  

16. adidas does not accept any responsibility for late, lost, incomplete, delayed, corrupted or misdirected transactions, whether due to error, omission, alteration, tampering, deletion, theft, destruction, transmission interruption, communications failure or otherwise.

17. Any fraudulent behaviour may result in cancellation of any order and/or inability to access the adidas App, [insert country website] or any other adidas website.  

18. Each Customer must comply with these Terms and Conditions. Each Customer indemnifies and will keep indemnified adidas (including its officers, employees and agents) in relation to all loss and damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) by adidas as a direct or indirect result of the Customer acting inconsistently with or breaching any part of these Terms and Conditions.

19. adidas reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time and without notice.

20. adidas reserves the right to change, limit or cancel this promotion at any time.

21. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects your rights under the relevant consumer laws.
