1. The sale of adidas Originals YEEZY SLIDE PURE, GLOW GREEN & ONYX FAMILY will commence on 16th May 2022, Monday, 03:00pm at www.adidas.com.my/yeezy

4. Customers should open only one (1) tab on their browser. Opening multiple tabs within the same browser will not benefit the purchasing process.
5. Payment online can be made via credit card and online banking payment.
6. Each customer can only purchase one piece per article number, on a first come first served basis and subject to payment completion.
7. Orders will be confirmed upon receiving confirmation email.
8. No refunds, returns or exchanges will be entertained except as required by law.
9. The usual delivery timeframes may be affected due to major events and activities, government restrictions and/or the increase in amount of orders for shipment. We appreciate your understanding. You hereby agree to waive all pecuniary, pure economic loss and personal claims against adidas and its affiliates as a result thereof.
10. Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, adidas Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. (including its affiliates, officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability for any death, personal injury, loss or damage (including loss of opportunity and whether direct, indirect, special or consequential) suffered or incurred by any person (whether or not arising from any person's negligence) arising in any way out of or in connection with:

1. this sale of the adidas Originals YEEZY SLIDE PURE, GLOW GREEN & ONYX FAMILY;
2. any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference;
3. any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under adidas Malaysia Sdn. Bhd.’s control);
4. the cancellation or rescheduling of this sale of the adidas Originals YEEZY SLIDE PURE, GLOW GREEN & ONYX FAMILY

And you herein hereby expressly and unequivocally waive all claims against adidas Malaysia Sdn. Bhd.

11. In the event of conflicting purchases or otherwise leading to stock insufficiency, adidas Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. has the right to cancel any purchase. adidas Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. will, of course, inform you immediately and reimburse any payments made subject to any legal deduction and you shall waive all pecuniary, pure economic loss and personal claims against adidas and its affiliates as a result thereof (including but not limited to any credit card/merchant/bank charges imposed and taxes therein).

12. adidas Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is not responsible for any failure to complete your transaction, or any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone or network or lines, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on a mobile network, or any combination of these, or any other technical failures including any damage to any person's mobile handset or computer related to, or resulting from, this sale and you herein hereby agree to waive all rights and claims against adidas Malaysia Sdn. Bhd..  
13. adidas Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. does not accept any responsibility for late, non-recorded, lost, incomplete, delayed, corrupted, double entry, variance discrepancy or misdirected transactions, whether due to error, omission, alteration, tampering, deletion, theft, destruction, transmission interruption, communications failure, malfunction or otherwise and you herein hereby agree to waive all rights and claims against adidas .
14. Any fraudulent behaviour and transaction may result in cancellation of any order and/or inability to access www.adidas.com.my or any other adidas website and you herein hereby agree to waive all rights and claims against adidas Malaysia Sdn. Bhd.  
15. Each Customer must comply with these Terms and Conditions. Each Customer indemnifies and will keep indemnified adidas (including its affiliates, officers, employees and agents) in relation to all loss and damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) by adidas as a direct or indirect result of the Customer acting inconsistently with or breaching any part of these Terms and Conditions.
16. By participating in this sales, you herein hereby consent and acknowledge that adidas Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. shall be entitled to disclose, process, use and collect your personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (“Act”) and that the respective notice (currently in force) in accordance with the Act can be found at https://www.adidas.com.my/en/help-topics-privacy_policy.html. You further agree that you shall avail yourself to further execute any consent or notice as may be required under the Act or under its subsidiary rules and regulations if so required from time to time incompliance with the law. You may at any time hereinafter inform us in writing or to our Personal Data Officer my.pdpo@adidas.com should you require any action on your personal data.
17. adidas Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time and without notice and you expressly and unequivocally agree to abide by the same
18. adidas Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to change, limit or cancel this sales at any time and you expressly and unequivocally agree to abide by the same.
19. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects your rights under the relevant consumer laws and the law applicable shall be the laws of Malaysia.
