  1. The adidas Originals YEEZY BOOST 350 V2 CORE BLACK / DAZZLING BLUE / CORE BLACK (GY7164) launch is organized by adidas Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. (the “Organizer”).

  1. By taking part in this Launch, you thereby agree to abide and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.

  1. LAUNCH:
    adidas Originals YEEZY BOOST 350 V2 CORE BLACK / DAZZLING BLUE / CORE BLACK (GY7164)

The adidas Originals YEEZY BOOST 350 V2 CORE BLACK / DAZZLING BLUE / CORE BLACK (GY7164) will be launched on 26 February 2022, Saturday, 10:00hrs at:


        and ends when the last pair is sold.

  1. QUEUE & REGISTRATION:
    Customers intending to purchase the     adidas Originals YEEZY BOOST 350 V2 CORE BLACK / DAZZLING BLUE / CORE BLACK (GY7164) are required to queue and register their interest at the mentioned location on 26 February 2022, Saturday, from 6:00am onwards:

  1. Customers will only be allowed to queue at the designated area once all the barricades and queue poles are in place. Do note that the mall security team will have the rights to request customers to disperse from the area if the barricades and queue poles are not up.

  2. Registration must be completed on the spot using a valid NRIC or Passport ID. The customer must also present his or her original NRIC or Passport ID to our adidas staff during the registration for verification.

  3. The registration is only open to a person who is 18 years of age under applicable laws of Malaysia or older at the time of entry or deemed to have obtained permission to participate in this Launch from a parent or legal guardian if under the age of 18 years.

  4. Upon verification, the customer will be issued one (1) official wrist tag, which cannot be removed until after the purchase is finalized. The wrist tags will be issued on a first come, first served basis and the registration will be closed when the last official wrist tag is taken.

  5. Customers must ensure that all the information provided in his or her respective registration is accurate. The customer is responsible for inaccurate and/or incorrect information entered at the point of submission.

  6. adidas Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. will not entertain any communication request from customers for any edit or change of information including the shoe size that was selected.

  7. Only one (1) registration per person is allowed. Should there be more than one (1) registration from the same customer; all of his or her registrations will be disqualified.

  8. SALES & ENTITLEMENT:
    Customers with wrist tags must be physically present on 26 February 2022, Wednesday from 10:00am (according to the Organizer's time) to purchase the adidas Originals YEEZY BOOST 350 V2 CORE BLACK / DAZZLING BLUE / CORE BLACK (GY7164). There will be a queue line at the following venue from 10:00am onwards:

  1. The adidas Originals YEEZY BOOST 350 V2 CORE BLACK / DAZZLING BLUE / CORE BLACK (GY7164) will be sold on a first come, first served basis. Each customer can only purchase one (1) pair of adidas Originals YEEZY BOOST 350 V2 CORE BLACK / DAZZLING BLUE / CORE BLACK (GY7164) per transaction. No appeal or request of any form will be entertained and the Organizer's decision shall be final.

  2. RETAIL PRICE:
    The adidas Originals YEEZY BOOST 350 V2 CORE BLACK / DAZZLING BLUE / CORE BLACK (GY7164) is retailed at RM1,129 per pair.

  3. SHOE SIZES:
    The adidas Originals YEEZY BOOST 350 V2 CORE BLACK / DAZZLING BLUE / CORE BLACK (GY7164) is available in the following shoe sizes:

UK 4 to UK 11 (full size)

UK 3.5 to UK 12.5 (half size)

  1. SHOE TRIAL:
    There will be no free trial prior to purchasing a pair of     adidas Originals YEEZY BOOST 350 V2 CORE BLACK / DAZZLING BLUE / CORE BLACK (GY7164) and the customer must purchase the shoes immediately.


  1. VOUCHERS & DISCOUNTS:
    No discounts or vouchers can be used for the purchase of the     adidas Originals YEEZY BOOST 350 V2 CORE BLACK / DAZZLING BLUE / CORE BLACK (GY7164).


  1. EXCHANGE AND/OR REFUND:
    There will be no exchange and/or refund after the purchase is made.

  2. The Organizer reserves the ultimate rights to refuse and/or forfeit customers who do not follow the prescribed sales mechanism and/or deny any sale transactions at their sole discretion without reason(s) or further reference to any party.

  3. Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, adidas Malaysia Sdn Bhd (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability for any death, personal injury, loss or damage (including loss of opportunity and whether direct, indirect, special or consequential) suffered or incurred by any person (whether or not arising from any person's negligence) arising in any way out of or in connection with (a) this Launch; (b) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the adidas’ control); (c) any theft, unauthorized access or third party interference; (d) any entry claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by adidas) due to any
    reason beyond the reasonable control of adidas; (e) if in any event the Launch is cancelled or rescheduled for any reason beyond the reasonable control of adidas.

  4. The Organizer’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entertained. The Organizer reserves the rights to modify the terms and conditions herein applicable to the adidas Originals YEEZY BOOST 350 V2 CORE BLACK / DAZZLING BLUE / CORE BLACK (GY7164) Launch, and/or terminate this Launch without prior notice or further reference to any party.

  5. By participating in the adidas Originals YEEZY BOOST 350 V2 CORE BLACK / DAZZLING BLUE / CORE BLACK (GY7164), you herein hereby consent and acknowledge that adidas shall be entitled to disclose, process, use and collect your personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (“Act”) and that the respective notice (currently in force) in accordance with the Act can be found at https://www.adidas.com.my/en/help-topics-privacy_policy.html. You further agree that you shall avail yourself to further execute any consent or notice as may be required under the Act or under its subsidiary rules and regulations if so required from time to time in compliance with the law. You may at any time hereinafter inform us in writing or to our Personal Data Officer my.pdpo@adidas.com should you require any action on your personal data.

  6. This Launch is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook.
  7. Each Customer must comply with these Terms and Conditions. Each Customer indemnifies and will keep indemnified adidas (including its affiliates, officers, employees and agents) in relation to all loss and damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) by adidas as a direct or indirect result of the Customer acting inconsistently with or breaching any part of these Terms and Conditions.

  8. adidas reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time and without notice and you expressly and unequivocally agree to abide by the same.
  9. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects your rights under the relevant consumer laws and the law applicable shall be the laws of Malaysia.

PRIVACY POLICY

By participating in this Launch, you expressly consent to (i) the use of your personal data for the purposes relating to the adidas Originals YEEZY BOOST 350 V2 CORE BLACK / DAZZLING BLUE / CORE BLACK (GY7164); (ii) processing of your personal information by adidas Malaysia Sdn.
