Terms and Conditions for adidas Brand Center Sunway Pyramid BEST OF SPORTS BOOST Game

1. Offer valid from 24 January 2022 (Monday) till 13 February 2022 (Sunday). Visit the adidas athlete Mannequin installation at Lower Ground Pyramid Atrium Sunway Pyramid, Bandar Sunway, 46150 Petaling Jaya, Selangor and do the following steps:
   
   a) Find and scan QR code displayed at the railing, floor stickers or in-store communications
   b) Launch and play the adidas BEST OF SPORTS Boost Game (Augmented Reality)
   c) Collect as many points as possible for a high score
   d) Once the game has ended, your prize will be displayed on screen.
   e) Insert your details (name, email and mobile number) for promotion redemption at LG adidas Brand Center Sunway Pyramid.

2. Following is the prize tiering for the promotion while stock last:

3. Prizes can be redeemed exclusively at cashier counter or Customisation Zone of adidas Brand Center Sunway Pyramid, LG Floor, LG1.18-1.20A Sunway Pyramid, Bandar Sunway, 46150 Petaling Jaya, Selangor through the following steps:
   a) Visit the adidas Brand Center Sunway Pyramid, Lower Ground Floor cashier counter or adidas Customisation Zone, Lower Ground Floor.
   b) Provide your email, contact number and IC for verification.
   c) Receive your prize after verification.
   
4. Maximum one promotion can be redeemed for each player.

6. No representative is allowed to make redemption (or “Representative is allowed to make redemption on behalf as long as an authorisation letter and the official confirmation email is shown.”)

Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, adidas (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability for any death, personal injury, loss or damage (including loss of opportunity and whether direct, indirect, special or consequential) suffered or incurred by any person (whether or not arising from any person's negligence) arising in any way out of or in connection with:

a.         this promotion;

b.         any theft, unauthorised access or third-party interference;

c.         any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under adidas’ control);

d.         the cancellation or rescheduling of this promotion.

9. As this promotion is while stocks last—in the event of conflicting submissions leading to stock insufficiency, adidas has the right to close the submission form immediately.
10. adidas is not responsible for any failure to complete your game, or any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone or network or lines, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on a mobile network, or any combination of these, or any other technical failures including any damage to any person's mobile handset or computer related to, or resulting from, this promotion.  
11. Each Customer must comply with these Terms and Conditions. Each Customer indemnifies and will keep indemnified adidas (including its officers, employees and agents) in relation to all loss and damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) by adidas as a direct or indirect result of the Customer acting inconsistently with or breaching any part of these Terms and Conditions.
12. adidas reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time and without prior notice.
13.  adidas reserves the right to change, limit or cancel this promotion at any time.
14. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects your rights under the relevant consumer laws.
